I have 40 plus years of construction experience. I have experience with Project and Construction Management electrical engineering, construction, design and construction management. I am currently a Sr. Construction Manager at LG Energy Solution - Vertech in Sacramento working as Sr. Construction Manager for a multi-million dollar Utility Battery Storage projects in California. Other projects in the past 10 years include a Water Treatment tank farm replacement in Santa Cruz, CA, a Bus Rapid Transit for ACT in Oakland, CA, 230KV transmission line for PG&E through urban and rural areas. I completed the design of an Emergency Operation Center in Los Angeles for the Metropolitan Transit Authority and a 5 million dollar project for a new commuter train station / bus facility in Perris, CA for the Riverside County Transportation Commission (RCTC) as Resident Engineer, I have experience with prison projects such as the Los Angeles County Lynwood Jail and OSHPD experience with the UCLA Oliveview Medical Center in Sylmar, CA and Kindred hospital in West Covina, CA. I was the interim Principle of the MEP engineering division of William Yang Engineering a Henrikson Owen & Associates company. I have experience working with multi-cultural companies doing business from Taiwan, Japan, Singapore and other Asian and European countries. I currently hold a contractor licenses in California and Arizona for a class A, B and C. I am a Certified Construction Manager through CMAA and have successfully completed the AGC Project Management course and the AGC Project Engineers course.
