Tom Fougerousse

Tom has been working in E-commerce since 2005. He’s held many positions within the industry including Ebay powerseller, warehouse manager, order fulfillment manager, customer service representative, web merchandiser, 3rd party marketplace manager, operations systems manager, Director of E-commerce, Director of Customer Experience, and COO. He has been part of some very successful online retail stores, and has also accumulated extensive experience selling millions of dollars in product on Ebay and Amazon alone. Tom has a thorough understanding of what an online seller needs and has also experienced the same frustrations when dealing with poor solutions to the many challenges e-tailers face today. This has enabled him to work as an adviser to e-commerce software solution providers, and finally bring his own solutions to market. Tom lives in Dallas, Texas with his wife Rebecca and son Louis.
