Tom Franz

I grew up in Shoreview, Minnesota. I went to Mounds View High School and after graduation attended Montana State University and the University of Minnesota graduating with a BA in Agricultural Business in 1987. My time at the "U" was very busy as I was highly involved as a leader in campus activities including President of his fraternity as well as Homecoming King. Upon graduation I worked in account management at an Advertising Agency before becoming an ordained minister. From 1988-2003 My wife Mary and I worked in the full-time ministry leading healthy, growing ministries in St. Louis, Boston, Amsterdam Holland, Springfield Massachusetts before returning home to Minnesota in 2002.
In 2003; I made the decision to pursue other careers. It wase a smooth, successful transition as an Executive Recruiter for a global staffing and placement firm before eventually being recruited to work for GSK Pharmaceuticals as an Executive Sales Representative. I enjoyed building strong relationships and was a highly effective product leader in my district as well as a multiple “Spirit Award” winner due to some creative leadership and sales increasing plans.
In July, 2006; I was recruited by my long-time friend and founder of entero Roy Larson to join him in his new business with the goal of being a new breed of staffing and recruiting firm. My track record exemplifies persistence, strong values and relationship-style sales. My team and I have branded entero at dozens of clients in the Minneapolis/ St. Paul area and has helped entero differentiate itself from other firms in the market and is why entero is the first and often the only call many clients make for hiring resources. They trust entero and appreciate our long term relationship focus and commitment to the highest standards.
Mary and I have been married for 25 years and have three children.
