Tom Gates

I'm a Multimedia Design and Technology student studying at the University of Kent with a passion for all things techno. From mobile devices to games consoles to computers and cameras. If you need help with anything remotely gadgety give me a shout and I’d love to help.

My key interest is user interface design. Making what you see every day on the internet, or computer to your mobile phone and even that box under your tv. My real aim is to work designing innovative yet usable interfaces to make things we do from day to day easy and exciting.

Besides my digital life I am a very keen hockey player. I have been playing since I was ten and currently play for the University of Kent. It's something I do for fun, fitness and friends and don't see myself giving it up.
