Tomi Nelson is the owner and instructor at First Class Real Estate School--a provider of the Wisconsin Real Estate Pre-Licensing Courses. In addition she teaches real estate continuing education classes at Northeast Wisconsin Technical College.
While she enjoys being face to face in a classroom with her students, Tomi also recognizes the benefits of online education, which prompted her to combine her vast knowledge of the real estate industry with her skill as a writer in order to provide an alternative to live classroom training.
A native of Memphis, Tennessee, Tomi and her husband, Doug, have made a home in Green Bay, Wisconsin.
On bicycle or foot, Tomi loves spending time in the woods and on trails, but nothing brings her greater joy than being with her grandchildren.
Tomi was the first place winner of the University of Wisconsin-Madison's 2012 Writers' Institute "Poem or Page Contest". She is currently working on her first novel.
