In 2002 he lead first Presidential and in 2003 parliamentary elections after which G17 PLUS party becomes member of Government. From 2003 till 2013 he successfully led all campaigns for G17 PLUS. During this period he established new way of campaigning in Serbia – G17 PLUS was the first party in region which uses DtD campaign, call center and surveys for winning. With his team he developed software solution for call center, which was used in Serbian elections but also in Slovakia, Bosnia, Macedonia, Croatia and Bulgaria.

From 2005th he become pollster, strategist and consultant in elections for several different parties in Europe. In 2010 he work as IRI consultant for Parliamentary elections in Jordan. From 2012 he work as consultant in Kenya, Tanzania, Uganda and Zambia. During 2013 he worked as IRI trainer in Somaliland with political parties on their organisation. In May 2013 he runs parliamentary campaign in Bulgaria as campaign strategist and manager. During 2014 he very succesfull worked on presidential and parliamentary campaign in Bosnia and Hercegovina. In 2015 he was strategist on local elections in Bulgaria. During 2016 with Mandat worked very successfully on elections in Serbia, Bosnia and Hercegovina and Monte Negro.

He works as trainer and lecturer for lot of different international organisations: IRI, NDI, US Aid, IREX, Robert Shuman institute, Jarl Hjalrmarson foundation, KAS, KIC, PYPA, WFD in Europe, Middle East, Africa and Asia. Main topics covered: strategic planning, campaign strategy, campaign plan, developing message, research for political parties and their campaigns (quantitative and qualitative), party organization, organization of door-to-door campaign, how to work with volunteers and using internet and social media in political campaigns.
