Over the past decade he has successfully managed annual revenues exceeding $10M, led P&L operations for teams of 150+ professionals across multiple countries and directed over $100M in private placements across diverse portfolios.

His expertise spans senior techno-commercial roles in North America, EMEA and APAC with leading firms such as Phoenix Group Holdings, Antra Inc, Alten USA, Calsoft Labs, Terrabit Consulting, Progress Software, MindWave Cloud Services, Polaris Financial Technology, HCL Technologies, Infosys, and Mphasis (an HP Company) among others. With a specialization in IT (Information Technology) from SMU, he is also a practicing CS (Corporate Secretary) and a Certified STP (Software Testing Professional).

Beyond the corporate world, Tom embraces his creative and entrepreneurial spirit. He is a motion picture actor and producer, an author and passionate for spirituality, travel and fitness.
