Prior to his role at MDC, Tom spent 35 years in the financial services industry. He held senior positions at several premier firms, including Knight Capital Group, Sanford C. Bernstein & Co., and Merrill Lynch. Throughout his career, Tom has showcased his proficiency in managing complex financial operations and steering organizations toward success. Tom's expertise has been sought after by several major financial organizations. He has served on the Board of Directors for the Securities Industry and Financial Markets Association (SIFMA), NASDAQ, and Archipelago, where his contributions have been pivotal in shaping the future of these institutions.
