Tom Maher

I am the owner of Cronin Maher Associates Ltd in Dublin, Ireland. I specialise in project, contract and bid management. I have a particular expertise in metro, light rail and heavy rail projects. Currently I am engaged as a consultant advising various clients and assisting in the development and writing of technical/quality submissions. Recently I was heavily involved with Celtic Metro Group who were one of the Preferred Bidders for Dublin Metro North and following that I worked with Dragados (Spain), helping them to enter and successfully win a major tunnel tender (£500M) on Crossrail in London. Crossrail is the largest infrastructure project in Europe at the moment.

I am interested in subjects related to project management such as requirements management and decision analysis as a means to facilitate better outcomes in complex decisions.
