Tommaso works as an engineer in Information & Communication Technology department of a big multinational in Rome but he spends his free time painting watercolors.

The drawing skills developed during his studies are reflected in the feeling for architecture evident in many of his paintings.

Tommaso's impressionistic watercolours capture light and atmosphere. A passion for the translucent, unpredictable effects of watercolour, which makes each painting an exciting adventure, are evident in those pictures. Tommaso feels that his best watercolours are created quickly to capture the ephemeral effects of light and atmosphere, although the more detailed townscapes call for a more considered approach. The accurate drawing and wash technique produces paintings with more detail than the pure watercolours.

Tommaso has had a number of solo and shared exhibitions and exhibits every summer at Zèphire boutique in Ascoli Piceno and his paintings can be found in private collections throughout the world.

Subjects of his works are mainly townscapes of Ascoli Piceno, seascapes of the Normandy and Brittany coasts (where he often spends his holidays) and interior and exterior views of historical places worldwide including cafés, breweries and hotels.
