Chef Tom McEachern is currently the Executive Chef at PIRCH. He was the Executive Chef Partner at Capital Grille in Dunwoody, Georgia. Prior to that, he was the Executive Chef of Ray’s Restaurants in Atlanta from 2007-2011, and the Executive Chef at The Horseradish Grill in Atlanta from 2002-2007. McEachern has more than 20 years of experience as an executive chef with restaurants including the 1848 House Restaurant, Café Protégé (Florida Culinary Institute), Azalea, The Abbey, The Occidental (Washington, D.C.), The Inn at Phillips Mill (New Hope, PA) and the Killearn Country Club & Inn (Tallahassee, FL).
