Tom Merrill

Facilitator, Conductor, and Composer in Cincinnati, Ohio

Relevant, engaging and interactive, Tom Merrill welcomes every audience with a warm style that quickly invites and inspires participants to take action. With a doctoral degree in music and as an active composer and conductor, he finds that his formal training in music offers a unique perspective into creativity, human centered design, and innovation.

Tom's scholarly work is centered around the choral compositions of Marc-Antoine Charpentier and is published with the Society for Seventeenth-Century Music web library. His composition, "Rise up, my love," for the Dale Warland Choral Series is now published with EC Schirmer, catalog #8883.

In his capacity as a master facilitator for ExperiencePoint, Tom has facilitated sessions for many Fortune 500 companies. In the summer of 2018, he was a featured facilitator for supporting Syrian refugees at the C2 conference in Montreal.

He has a passion for cooking and when he has time, loves to prepare multi-course meals for friends and family.
