Giving up smoking from the age of 10 has enabled me to become pure. Giving up something, and giving freely unto others is where true happiness can thrive. Try giving up fatty foods, or overzealous self-pleasure, or drinking. This is rule number one. Give. Rule number two is give some more. If you are blessed with material wealth, risking it all at every moment is the only way you can truly feel good. Finally, be where you can do the most good. Do not slumber in the same place, for all of your negative energy will impact and cave in on you. This is the general life of Tommy Chan.
In every day, non philosophical terms, I am a retired sandwich shop manager. I moved to Mozambique from Papua New Guinea. I own a small boat and drive a Mitsubishi. Probably a little faster than I should. I like to eat fried eel, a speciality of my own. In my spare time I give clothing, food and water to poor people I come across, and donate regularly to charity.
