Over the course of her career as a real estate investor and landlord, Tommie Santilli of Gainesville, Florida, has focused on investments in Franklin, North Carolina, and St. Petersburg, Florida, as well those in the Greater Gainesville area. A few of the properties she serves as a landlord include a 24-unit complex in Bradenton, previously owned by Sabal Palm Bank, and Harbor Apartments, a 2.6-acre space that Tommie Santilli and her husband, Thomas, committed more than $300,000 to renovating.

In the past, Ms. Santilli maintained responsibilities as a storekeeper with the US Naval Reserve in Florida for nearly a decade, during which time she earned the Blue Jacket of the Quarter recognition. She also previously worked as a sales clerk at the Naval Base Exchange on the Naval Station Rota Spain.

When not investing in real estate or overseeing various apartments and properties, Tommie Santilli provides support to a number of charities. Her nonprofit contributions benefit groups that serve children without parents, such as iOrphan.org and KidstoAdopt.org, both of which provide international adoption services.
