TOMMY HALVORSON
Originally from Kentucky, Tommy moved to the Bay Area in 2004 to pursue his passion for cooking. Now in 2011, having worked at some of the finest restaurant and catering kitchens in the Bay Area including sous chef stints under such notable chefs as Bruce Hill and Thomas Rippy, Tommy has made a name for himself in the underground dining world as Executive Chef and Owner of The Phoenix Supper Club and popular pop-up restaurant EAT. With the launch of Foxtail Catering & Events, Tommy will bring his passion for excellence to help create unforgettable private and corporate events.
