Not too long ago IT used to be a close gaurded secret in an organization. The IT guys would all sit in dark offices and keeping the business at arm's length. Those days are over. IT and the business need to work hand-in-hand to solve complex issues and ensure business needs are met.

I have 15 years of IT experience and working through many complex business issues and translating those issues into business success. I've continued to re-invent myself and the service models I implement in organizations. The days of dense data centers have been replaced with Internet-based solutions and I specialize in decreasing technology footprints while increasing availability. This experience has taught me many lessons and more importantly demonstrates that no business should have a "one-size fits all" mentality.
