Tommy spent nearly 4 years doing design research in one of the unicorn e-commerce companies in South East Asia. His experience in doing mixed-method research in agile and managing stakeholders makes him able to see from both customer and business’ perspectives and use them to benefit both sides. He enjoys collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to explore both problem and solution spaces.
