Hey, I’m Tomo.

I’m a software engineer and IT advisor at the Parliament of Montenegro (Skupština Crne Gore), based in Podgorica. A lot has changed and grown since my earlier days — I’m now pursuing a Master’s degree at the Faculty of Electrical Engineering, University of Montenegro.

My expertise spans hardware, software development, internet/web presentation, and cybersecurity. I’m deeply passionate about technology, innovative design, secure digital systems, and building reliable online experiences that matter — especially in public sector and institutional environments.
