Tracie and Tom Rich own and manage one of the top performing and award winning real estate brokerages in Michigan. Real estate was something Tracie fell in love with back in 1997, after trying her hand at selling a couple of their homes “For Sale by Owner”. It wasn’t long before Tracie realized that she was not only good at it, but she also enjoyed it. As a mother of two young boys, the flexible schedule offered by real estate was appealing. In 2005, her husband Tom joined her in the business, first as a way to spend more time together, but shortly after they saw what a powerful team they made.

Tom and Tracie are the perfect compliments to each others skill sets. Tom is the advisor. Armed with business savvy and a natural enthusiasm for helping people make wise financial decisions. Tracie is the fierce client advocate. She fights, negotiates and protects each client like a mother bear. Once clients work with the Riches they are life-long clients.
