Tom Rosicki is a founding partner of Rosicki, Rosicki & Associates, P.C., a leading mortgage banking real estate law firm with three New York locations. Recognizing the firm’s commitment to employing individuals with disabilities, the New York State Rehabilitation Association bestowed its Business Industry Award on it in 2004. The Rehabilitation Institute, the New York State Assembly, and United States Congressman John Sweeney have also recognized the firm for its efforts to employ individuals with disabilities. In 2005, National Disability Employment Awareness Month honored Tom Rosicki with its disabled advocate of the year award. About one-quarter of the firm’s employees are recruited from organizations that assist individuals with disabilities.

Prior to earning his JD and establishing his firm, Tom Rosicki served as an agent in the Organized Crime Division of the Federal Bureau of Investigation. The position took him to St. Louis, Baltimore, and New York City. Subsequently, former New York City Mayor Ed Koch appointed Tom Rosicki as the deputy commissioner of the New York City Taxi and Limousine Commission. He has also served as the vice president director of security for Macy’s East. In this capacity, he maintained responsibility for the security of nearly 60 stores, as well as the Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade. Concurrent with his duties at the firm, he spent several years as chairman of the Nassau County Parole Board.

An alumnus of Duke University, Tom Rosicki received a BA in accounting and management science. In addition, he graduated from the FBI Academy and Touro Law Center, where he now serves on the Board of Governors.
