After graduating from University of Leicester with a 2.1 BA in English, I joined Huxley Associates as a Trainee Recruitment Consultant. Having spent 4 years with Huxley, I developed a keen interest in Microsoft and cutting-edge technology, leading the permanent development team to successfully recruit for the IT Banking and Finance sector in London.

Throughout my time with Huxley, I utilized innovate methods to stay at the forefront of technology recruitment. Successful sourcing Hadoop Developers through GitHub, C# and SharePoint technologist through StackExchange and Python/Django Developers through Technical MeetUps.

I'm know combining my agency and technical recruitment experience in the role of Talent Acquisition Specialist for EMEA at AvePoint.

Outside of the wonderful world of recruitment, I'm a passionate sports fan. Following Man United (which was fun for the first 23 years of my life, not so much for the last 2), Saracens at club level, and England at football, cricket (both fairly depressing) and rugby. I play squash and football locally, and given the chance I'd spend all winter in the French Alps skiing / drinking / eating.
