There is something more important than a million dollars! No, not two million dollars, but Jesus Christ.

I was a Christian, and thought that I knew God. The truth is that I have spent most of my life avoiding Him. I wanted to live life my way. Sure, I would pray, but did He listen? I was not sure. At least I, did not take the time to listen to Him.

After a half century of experience of life, I have come to realize that He still Has been the director of my life, and I did not even know it. There are too many signs of someone interfering in my life, in a positive way, to be ignored.

I am putting my life in four wheel drive by inviting and embracing God's Holy Spirit in my life. For too long I have been trying to drive through sand dunes and snowstorms in two wheel drive, living life my way. Guess what? I have been stuck in the same spot. I have been rocking back and forth, and the wheels just dug deeper.

When I realized that my life has four-wheel drive (read: God's Holy Spirit that lives in me), I realized what torque and power is all about. All along I thought that all I had was a two wheel drive, suddenly I discovered I have a four wheel drive. I am now driving off-road, and having the greatest time of my life. I am no longer stuck.

I realize that I have been rushing through life, seeing nothing. Always worried, never happy. Okay, sometimes. But not true joy. True joy can only be found when we invite Jesus Christ into our lives and we give up our own lives in order to follow Him. By doing so, you will come to discover what I have discovered. A love so intense that it can not be fully grasped. It is like trying to understand the universe in all of its dimensions. Its beginning and end, black holes and constant expansion.

Embrace life to the fullest, with eyes wide open. This is life in Jesus Christ
