I am the owner and founder of The Spiggle Law Firm. I am very invested in helping employees get proper representation for discrimination and other manners. I am very involved with the METROPOLITAN WASHINGTON EMPLOYMENT LAWYERS ASSOCIATION, the NATIONAL EMPLOYMENT LAWYERS ASSOCIATION, and the EDWARD BENNETT WILLIAMS INN OF COURT.

I graduated from UNC at Chapel Hill with a B.S. in Public Health in 1992 and at UNC at Chapel Hill with an M.A. in Communications in 1996.

I later received my Juris Doctor degree fromGeorgetown University Law Center in 2001.

My fields of expertise range from workplace discrimination to employment and more.

I represent people for a variety of different workplace malpractices like harassment, sexual discrimination, fmla and leave discrimination, and pay and overtime.

I practice law in Arlington, VA and run a podcast called Parents at Work.
