Tom Stephens

I've spent ten years as an engineer, entrepreneur, and strategic advisor in the internet and software industries. I'm currently a Principal at Bulger Capital Partners, where I help high-tech companies pursue disciplined M&A; campaigns. I was previously a consultant at McKinsey & Company where I advised some of the world's leading firms on strategy formulation and implementation. I was also the founder and president of the enterprise software company Archer Technology, and the head of platform development at the health care IT firm Outcome Sciences, Inc. I hold a BA in Computer Science and Philosophy from Dartmouth College, and an MBA from the MIT Sloan School of Management. I'm an avid runner, rower, swimmer, and downhill skier.
