Founded in 2012 by Towy Onikoyi, Tomtam Bakehouse is a boutique bakery based in North Manchester, known for creating tall, bold, and beautifully designedcakes for weddings, birthdays, baby showers, and special milestones.

Towy’s love for baking began in childhood, inspired by her mother, a celebrated community baker. Surrounded by the aroma of freshly baked cakes, she learned the foundations early and began baking for family and friends. After having her daughter, she embraced her creative side, took a master class to refine her cake decorating skills, and turned her passion into a growing business.

Over the years, Tomtam Bakehouse has developed a signature style cakes that are not only visually striking but also rich in flavour. Each cake is made to order, combining premium ingredients with playful elegance and clean, modern finishes.
