In 2011 I started VON RECKERS WEALTH MANAGEMENT with my wife Pamela, to help people make the most of their investment portfolios. We began with the shared idea that investors should be prioritized above all other considerations. This was not how I was taught early in my career working at three major investment houses before starting my firm.
The industry thrives on complexity and information overload. We have torn down those walls and introduced a more transparent, intuitive approach. Everything we recommend to our clients comes with a plain English explanation for why it’s the right answer.
I learned these principles of putting clients first through having a wonderful marriage and raising three successful children with three beautiful grandchildren.
We built our firm based on our ideas about client service and the sanctity of financial advice. During my four years in the US Navy, I learned that to accomplish the mission you need to have a disciplined approach focused on the success of each client.
