Tom Whitfield

Tom has been with the firm since 1999 and is an experienced litigator.

Tom acts for several local businesses in relation to contractual and business disputes and has also been involved in some substantial partnership disputes involving solicitors and accountants. He also manages the firm's debt recovery unit.

Tom also specialises in professional negligence and has experience in cases involving solicitors, surveyors, accountants and insurance brokers acting mainly for the professions but he does handle a small amount of claimant work.
