Tonia Poole

Tonia Poole is an administrative professional with more than 7 years of experience in business operations. Her background includes executive administration within state government, Small Business Ownership, and she is a U.S. Army veteran. Tonia is joyfully married to the man of her dreams and is the proud mother of three handsome sons. Her hobbies include singing, playing basketball, table-tennis, reading and she is actively involved in her community.

Tonia is currently a Director in Legal Shield Services, Inc. and pursuing a Master of Science degree in Human Resource Management from Strayer University. She has obtained her Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from Golden Gate University in San Francisco, California and her Associate’s Degree in Business Administration from Hartnell College in Salinas, California.

Tonia has received various commendations while in the military. And, as a result of her commitment to excellence in customer service, she has earned the Customer Service Champion award for her agency. Tonia has earned her Competent Communicator and Advanced Leader awards in Toastmasters International.

She is a life-long learner, a pursuer of personal growth and development and loves helping others succeed in life. Her greatest joy comes from giving of her time, talent and treasure to inspire others to reach their potential. Her motto and favorite quote is by author John Maxwell is, “People don’t care how much you know until they know how much you care”. Tonia currently resides in the state of Georgia.
