Toni's Affirmation
May I possess the awareness to feel discomfort at easy answers, half-truths, and superficial relationships, so that I may live deep within my heart. May I be filled with anger at injustice, oppression, and exploitation of any living entity, so that I may work for justice, freedom and peace. May I be free to shed heart felt tears for all living entities which suffer from pain, rejection, starvation and abuse, so that I may reach out my hand to comfort them and to turn their pain into joy. May I be courageous enough to be filled with just enough foolishness to believe that I can make a difference in this world, so that I can do what others claim cannot be done. May the peace of Love and the Love of peace be with me for evermore.
Toni's Structure
I actively live this affirmation. In addition, every experience in my life is received with gratefulness, no judgement or tags are applied, as this is a negative or positive experience. I humbly accept it as awesome opportunities to discover new and exciting things about myself, to grow exponentially and gain confidence and empathy. I never allow myself to identify with my experiences and confuse them as to represent my true self. I am kin to all living entities and I know fully I have no power over or am better than any living entity. I am a global human family member, full of universal power to move energy and create, protector of my earth home and all that lives upon it, a builder not a destroyer. A simple humble woman in awe, as a child of all that surrounds me. Eyes and sprit wide open, listening to my inner counsel with trust, kindness and self-compassion. Taking action just to be the very best woman I can be in every moment with intent. In service to all that surrounds me.
I stay vigilant and conscious of every word that I speak so that they are lifting words filled with integrity, tolerance and love. In the hope that every word I speak, every tone I use and every body movement I make leaves the air filled with beauty. Also, with the highest hope that my true intent and self would be seen through these actions and not be misunderstood. I hold the hope that my words would strengthen and never destroy. I only intend to live this unique life I posse in the moment with integrity and the strongest desire to always leave behind better than I receive.
Namaste, “The Spirit within me salutes the Spirit in you"
