Toni Konstantinov Oparanov was born in Plovdiv, Bulgaria, but he spent most of his life in Sofia, Bulgaria. He grew up in a family of doctors and one brother.

He studied in a German language high school and then chemistry at the Sofia University. Before finishing this program he realized he was deeply influnced by acting and the body of work of Christian Bale (i.e. American Psycho, The Fighter, The Prestige) and directors like Christopher Nolan, Darren Aranofsky, Stanley Kubrick and others.He decided to go to Los Angeles and study acting at the Lee Strasberg Theatre and Film Institute for a full 2-year conservatory program.
Toni speaks English, Bulgarian and basic German. His interests include films, theatre, music, science and video games.
