Toni Rufeh

Based in Armonk, New York, Toni Rufeh has owned and operated Rufeh Associates for nearly a decade. The company specializes in recruiting professionals for a variety of positions within the defense industry. Previously, Toni Rufeh served as a Recruiter for Alternative Resources Company in Valhalla, where she matched individuals with opportunities in pharmaceutical firms. During this period, Toni Rufeh also worked at The Focus Group Marketing Company in White Plains, where she managed focus groups and located individuals interested in participating in research for magazine publishers, health and beauty companies, and record labels. Toni Rufeh began her career with Lockheed Martin Fairchild Systems in Yonkers. Over 17 years as a Project Administrator, she managed an office for a group of senior executives and contributed to the hiring process. She also completed travel arrangements and document preparation, as well as overseeing a $6 million research and development budget. Over the course of her career, Toni Rufeh has developed expertise in a number of areas. She possesses skills in variance analysis and reporting, as well as budget preparation, management, and forecasting. She has also acquired experience in human resources management, including performance reviews, salary planning, and personnel requisitions and screening. Toni Rufeh studied business at Pace University and the Westchester Business Institute. She earned a Microsoft Office User Certification through Skidmore College in White Plains. In addition to her professional interests, Ms. Rufeh supports an array of nonprofit and community organizations. She has donated to the University of New Haven women’s lacrosse team, the Children’s HopeChest, and the Institute for Student Achievement. In addition, she has contributed to St. Vincent’s Hospital Westchester and the Into the Wild campaign of the Convent of the Sacred Heart. She also supports the North Castle Beautification Foundation in Armonk and St. Mary’s Christmas Dinner in Katonah.
