Toni Thompson

I'm a New Yorker, with a personality to match my Midwest roots. My curls are a product my bi-racial heritage that inspires, informs and fuels what I do every day, professionally and personally. I'm a Talent & Diversity Manager for a classic and progressive ad agency, McCann Erickson. I don't do things just to say I did them, I do things for a reason and I do them well while wearing a smile.

I have a strong interest in mentoring the youth of tomorrow and organizational development. When I have free time I read, do bikram yoga or catch up with my amazing family and friends.
