She is a professional trainer, coach, and educator with 20+ years of experience in team building strategies, researched -based initiatives, providing support and resources to evoke positive educational climates and desired outcomes. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education(K-6) with a concentration in Reading(K12) and Human Studies from East Carolina University. After years in the classroom, she later returned to Gardner Webb University and earned a Master of Arts in Curriculum & Instruction K-12. Accomplishments: Certified Educator and “Teacher of the Year”.
