For the past 25 years I have been primarily involved in the Recruitment & Talent Management industries. With the past 10 years helping organisations establish and maintain Talent Pools. The most successful pool is possibly the pool I designed for Weta Workshop 10 years ago which is still driving great talent to that Kiwi Icon.More recently I have been developing my career coaching skills using Maori values as the base for the work I do. Have already been successful with local New Zealand government agencies and are working with rangatahi (teenagers) and adults around the country.I help people build world class CV's and profiles which can then be marketed digitally through a number of channels.
