Tony Granados

Originally from Philadelphia, Tony Granados received his B.S. in Business Management from The Pennsylvania State University where he was highly active with many of Penn State’s Philanthropic and Greek-Life organizations on campus.
Upon graduation, he moved to New York City and began the “WORLD’S COOLEST JOB”, an Operations Manager for the world’s largest brewer – Anheuser Busch. In 2009, Tony left the company to pursuit his M.B.A. from his alma mater.
Currently, Tony is the Executive Director of the The LEAP Foundation - one of the nation’s top youth leadership & development non-profits. Each summer, LEAP hosts its week-long leadership program for young adults (ages 15-24). Over 500 top-flight students from across the country – and several international students traveling from as far as Australia and South Africa, travel to the UCLA Campus in Los Angeles CA.
In 2010, Tony began his public speaking and consulting careers. He has since spoken at several top universities from Los Angeles' UCLA to Perth Australia's UWA. His specialty is sharing with systems to develop a success-oriented mindset.
In 2011, along with 3 friends, he founded Lights Camera Cure - an annual event which raises funds to support families battling pediatric cancer. In the first two years, Lights Camera Cure has donated over $105,000 to the cause.
One of the odder endeavours he founded is Cards From Men a greeting card company that creates 'masculine' greeting cards with the goal of changing the ways men shop for cards. It's fun, quirky, and it works!
