Tony Wolfson

Hi there, I’m Tony, an Organisational Development and Organisational Effectiveness practitioner, as well as Team Coach living in Johannesburg, South Africa, home to the largest urban planted forest in the world. Like the thousands of trees around me, I get my nourishment from my environment, and from the work that I do. My experience and growth as a practitioner has been garnered across a variety of sectors including corporate, government, trade union, informal business, non-governmental organisations and community based organisations.

I facilitate sustained change through interventions focused on building resilience, dependability and inter-dependence. Methodologically, the processes I use incorporate deep democracy with high levels of facilitated participation as well as a variety of developmental tools and techniques that incorporate elements of Organisation and Relationship Systems Coaching (ORSC™), the Enneagram, Appreciative Inquiry and "Legitimate Leadership”.

For fun, I am an avid reader of the classics, particularly those produced in the 20th Century.
