Tonya Quester

In 1988, Tonya Quester graduated from Albright College in Reading, Pennsylvania. She had earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing, and immediately became one of Pennsylvania’s Licensed Registered Nurses.Tonya Quester completed all the requirements to become a Licensed Accident and Health Insurance Agent in Pennsylvania, and the year after that, she added Licensed Life and Disability Insurance Agent to her list of credentials.

In 1989, Tonya Quester began her career in the world of medical business. She joined Marion Merrell Dow, Inc. as a Professional Medical Sales Representative. Responsible for a wide variety of accounts, Tonya Quester provided the support of her expertise to cardiologists, primary care physicians, and other medical practitioners. During the second, third, and fourth years of her employment, Ms. Quester went beyond by completing 100 percent of her portfolio objectives, and was recognized with the Marion Merrell Dow ring.

As a New Business Marketing Representative, Ms. Quester created group health benefit plans to meet the needs of companies with both extensive and restricted personnel pools. In order to secure new business opportunities, she interacted with prospective clients through telemarketing, cold calls, sales presentations, and other mediums.Recognized quickly for her success, Tonya Quester closed the single largest new account just three months after arriving in the company’s offices.
