Passion: I simply love working with bright people to solve complex business problems. I love people and team building and bringing everyone together for that last push before a release. More than that, I love the thrill of delivering a solution which has a clear, measurable, positive impact on business.

Direct Reports: Every manager that I have enjoyed working for, I have worked harder for. It is my goal to foster that type of relationship with my direct reports.

Clients: I want my clients, both internal and external, to walk away after a successful project saying, "Wow! This is so much better now! How refreshing."
