Working side by side with artists such as Alicia Keys, Michael Jackson, Notorious B.I.G., Jay-Z and Wu Tang Clan he participated in recordings selling over 40 million units. In 2005 Tony won a Grammy Award for his contributions to the album “The Diary of Alicia Keys”(Alicia Keys) when the album won the Grammy for Best R&B; album. With an insatiable passion for all things creative, Tony began painting in the mid 2000‘s, inspired initially by his mother, Joyce, who was an accomplished artist in her own right. Without formal training, Tony experimented with various mediums, surfaces and subjects until his voice began to naturally appear. After several years of prolific production, Tony delved into studying the works of well known artists such as Pollock, Kline, De Koonig and several others. Tony has also found inspiration by way of lesser known artists via social networks, blogs and internet portals. His work is evolving, yet recognizable for its bold use of color, strokes and composition. New installs and exhibits are booked for 2016.
