Tony Blass
Tony Blass has been an innovator in the field of qualitative marketing research for more than 30 years and is currently the Senior Consultant in the US for Brandvoyant. His specialties include new product concept and advertising copy testing, motivational and values assessment, brand iconography, usability testing and consumer language interpretation. He is a Past President of the Southern California Marketing Research Association and has served on the board of Directors for the Southern California American Marketing Association. Tony has been a featured speaker for US civic, business and marketing organizations for many years, including a conference on juvenile justice with keynote speaker Martin Luther King III. Tony has received the Ford Sammis Award from the Southern California American Marketing Association, been a finalist for the Roy W. Dean LA Film Grant and co-produced a documentary "The One Man Beatles" which was selected for competition in the 2009 Rome Film Festival, nominated for a 2010 Donatello Award for the best documentary film (the Italian equivalent to the American Oscars), opening night selection for the 2010 DKTR Film Festival in Los Angeles and audience favorite at the Florida Film Festival in April, 2011. He is married and the proud father of 2: Sadie, 21 and Vincent, 7. Vincent was diagnosed with high-functioning autism in 2006 and has made such steady improvement since then that he is fully mainstreamed, entering the third grade next month without an aide or any special assistance.
