Tony Buckingham is the Founder and former CEO of Heritage Oil plc and was appointed to Board on 25th Feb 2008 with this becoming effective on the Company’s listing on the LSE on 28 March 2008.
He is a member of both the Nomination Committee which makes recommendations on Board composition, reviews succession planning and reviews the Board and performance and also the Corporate Social Responsibility (“CSR”) committee which sets the CSR policy framework and reviews the internal CSR programme.
