Being self employed, I have a wide range of interests and hobbies to keep me sane...or is it just adding fuel to what fills up my day? Either way, time and using it are of importance, planning, having a list, following the addage " Carpendum Dei", ( seize the day). Considering what God has in stall for today and where I fit into that.........with a daily of sunrises such as the background photo, taken from my verandah, how can one consider anything else !!!

Hobbies that help balance my work and spiritual life, serving the Lord, are, restoration of old cars and motorcycles, conversing with contacts, who become friends in other countries, especially China. Also off beat things like collecting butterflies from various countries, mainly tropical, dping a little photography and always looking , leartning and trying to use new tips and opportunities in business, many of which are gaines through chatting and sharing with friends found through social media. There has been nothing more satisfying than to visit and actually meet some of these contacts and share their home, work and where they live as a guest, friend, almost a family menber....no matter the culture..... fantastic!!!

My work revolves around the design, manufacture and personalisation of corporate awards and recognition items, mainly in crystal and glass and the marketing of the products and services.

We are just a small business, but looking to create a niche and to be seen as "experts" in our field, to which end I am delving into a marketing course, which has shown just how many tools and techniques are "out there" today ....one just has to find them and use them. That is how I found about about "about.me" and why I am here now !!!
