Tony is a life-long entertainment executive with extensive experience in the music and video game industries. He has built and managed several award-winning marketing and sales teams, and has a proven track record for creating and growing major entertainment brands via award winning marketing campaigns.

Starting his career in the music industry, Tony was first introduced into the world of video games as the VP of Marketing at GT Interactive Software. He went onto become the VP of Marketing and Sales at Ubisoft in 2002, and has since transitioned to the role of VP of Marketing & Customer Experience. His goal is to integrate the “player experience” mentality into the day-to-day operations of the Marketing team, and make the marketing strategy focus more on the voice of the player. Tony pushes himself and his team to listen to the players and spur conversation in order to ensure that the customer experience they are offering is reflective of the voice and desires of the player community.

When he first came to Ubisoft, he embarked on the task of bringing together the Marketing and Sales operations. Now, his new goal is to bring together Marketing & Community Management.
