I love understanding people - their psychology and behaviour, and how these relate to the world around them (and vice-versa). Almost a decade in two of the UK's leading boutique research agencies has seen me explore this dynamic for both B2C and B2B insight needs. I specialise in qualitatively-driven work, but am equally comfortable with integrated approaches - on both a national and international scale. My particular areas of interest are brand consultancy, creative development and organisational/ individual behaviour change, and I have most in-depth sector knowledge of finance, digital and FMCG. Although, over the years, I have spoken with people about almost everything. I am available for freelance work of all kinds - from proposal writing or group/ workshop facilitation to owning entire projects.
