I have had the responsibility for planning, organizing and directing domestic and international tours for world renowned artists and/or “personalities”. All have been accomplished within fiscal and technical dictates and with integrity and a sense of humor My responsibilities have included, but not limited to: Participating in the planning and development of domestic and international tours and/or “events”. Specific duties include hiring and managing production crews. Planning and arranging all travel and accommodations, liaison and coordination with management, booking agents, record companies, public relations firms and press personnel to maximize my client’s exposure. Developing and adhering to budgets, plus conducting the tasks of a tour accountant while insuring that all of the contractual and financial tenets are enforced. Planning and developing security plans for my clients. Planning and managing all of the production and technical aspects of a tour including staging, lighting, sound and transportation.
