I experienced the transformational power of Personal Devolvement, NLP in particular some 15 years ago. At the time I had no idea that it would lead
me to create a private college offering the kind of qualifications that we do
or that we would work with amazing people and organisations in the way that we
do.

I was just curious about what was possible, what could be done. This “stuff” had helped me, I thought it could help more people. The questions was “how do I do it, and is it possible to build a training organisation with the highest standards that would in time rival a great college or even a university.

In answering this question I was fortunate to have some amazing people
around me, one lazy summer afternoon a group of us were sat in a beer garden
and we pondered the question, what does a quality training organisation look
like, what’s a measurement that has some real world meaning and can it ever be
made to pay its way.

The first thing we did was to dream the dream, and then took some actions. We contacted the professional bodies. Our first port of call was the ANLP, the AC and the ILM.

And now we have moved to our own place, a bespoke training centre with our ANLP Accredited certificate proudly displayed next to the ILM plaque and the AC cert. I am confident that our commitment to quality, the relationships we have been fortunate enough to develop with the professional bodies and having great students and in some cases, visionary corporate clients we have built a foundation on whish our future success will be built and have a lasting impact.
