Tony Paganelli is a courtroom lawyer. He is a partner in the Indianapolis office of Taft Stettinius & Hollister LLP, where he concentrates his practice on business litigation (with an emphasis on injunction and trial practice) and white-collar criminal defense. Over the past 16 years, Tony has represented clients ranging from individuals to Fortune 500 companies in lawsuits in 22 different states, usually as lead counsel. Law & Politics Magazine named Tony as an "Indiana Rising Star" in 2009 and 2010; and an "Indiana SuperLawyer" in 2011 and 2012—designations given to fewer than 5% of the lawyers in the State of Indiana.

He is the 2012 chairman of the Litigation Section of the Indianapolis Bar Association, and he is on the faculty of the annual Indiana Trial Advocacy Skills College. Tony is a frequent speaker and writer on trial techniques and other legal matters.

Tony is a 1992 graduate of the University of Notre Dame and a 1995 graduate of the Indiana University School of Law—Bloomington. He lives in Indianapolis with his wife and two children. He serves on the Board of Directors of the Indianapolis Bar Foundation, the Special Projects Council for the Children's Museum of Indianapolis, and he is the Vice Chairman of the Children's Organ Transplant Association, a national charity that raises millions of dollars each year to benefit children who need live-saving organ and tissue transplants.

In his spare time, he enjoys running and competing in triathlons.
