Tony Persichilli

A certified building contractor who has held a Florida state license for over a quarter of a century, Tony Persichilli has served as the qualifying agent on more than 2,500 residential projects. He started his career in the industry as a regional vice president with U.S. Home in Naples, Florida. During his 12 years with this company, Tony Persichilli turned a previously failing region into one of the most profitable in the national U.S. Home network.

Tony Persichilli left the Naples area in 1999 to become a division president with Colonial Homes in Fort Myers, Florida. Creating the home-building company from the ground up, he oversaw all aspects of land acquisition, product design, and employee hiring and training. After earning recognition as a 2004 Builder Magazine Fast Track builder, he oversaw the sale of Colonial Homes to Meritage Homes in 2005.

Mr. Persichilli established the Fort Myers building and remodeling company Green Mountain Builders in 2007. He continues to serve as Green Mountain’s CEO, leading several operational teams, including a division devoted exclusively to home maintenance and repair.
