Tony Piazza, author of the novels, “Anything Short of Murder," "The Curse of the Crimson Dragon," "Bullitt Points: Memories of Steve McQueen and Bullitt," "A Murder Amongst Angels," and "Murder is Such Sweet Revenge." He is also a contributing author in the anthology, "The Best of SLO Nightwriters in Tolosa Press 2009-2013."

Mr. Piazza has had a long and varied career. He was employed in the film industry for 10 years during the 1970s as an actor, extra, and stand-in. During that time he had worked with such legends as Steve McQueen, Paul Newman, Clint Eastwood, and Karl Malden.
He earned a Biology degree in 1980 and worked in scientific research at U.O.P. and U.C.S.F., and for the Pathology Department at San Francisco’s Veteran’s Administration Hospital. As a Biologist he co-authored several research papers published in scientific journals.
Presently he is now living with his wife in the California Central Coast, where he is working on his fifth novel, another sequel to the bestselling Tom Logan mystery series.

Mr Piazza is also a member of Sisters in Crime, Mystery Writers of America, and SLO Nightwriters organizations.
