Why call it the Omlette, well my philosophy is if you have a few eggs in the cupboard you can make an omlette and have a great meal.
Well if you are going to read my blog, you had better know a bit about myself. I love cooking and food, I have been cooking from an early age. The food I love is the food that conjures up memories from childhood. Good food is all about creating new memories and I hope I will be able to share some of my thoughts on food and drink, not be to serious, but at the same time inspire you to go out and try new things.
As a man I suppose you could say that glory cooking was the main aim, but as you get older you cook for yourself and family, food that is good, nutritious and enjoyable. After all good food is about pleasure, it’s about enjoyment and its about fun.
I’ll share my hints and tips that I have picked up along the way, tell you about the shops that I have visited. I am not a qualified cook or chef but I hope you will enjoy what I have to say.
